Returns And Exchanges

  • If you received an item and it’s the wrong size or you don’t like it, please return it to the address on the package. You must return the item within 14 days of you receiving with the original tags still attached and also in the Charlies Project bag the item was shipped in. To ship it, you can simply sent it First Class as that is normally the cheapest option. Please also include a note stating what you would like to exchange the item for or or if you would like a credit.
  • If you choose a different size or item, we will ship right away if we have it in stock. If we don’t have it in stock, we will order it right away and get it shipped to you when it arrives. If you choose credit, we will send you an email with a one time use code for the amount to be applied on your next purchase.
